FOOTWEAR CARE RULES

1. Footwear must be chosen in the correct size to avoid compressing the foot.
2. Use shoehorns when putting on shoes to avoid damaging the heel.
3. It is recommended to impregnate footwear to protect it from external influences. In damp weather, impregnate several times a week. Also, protect from rain, snow, and avoid wearing when wet as they may lose shape.
4. Clean natural leather, suede, and nubuck footwear only with appropriate products: dry and wet wipes, brushes, erasers, and cleaning balms or other cleaning products. Do not wash with water.
5. Dry footwear at room temperature. Do not dry leather near open fire, radiators, or stoves as the leather will become dry and stiff.

11. Unworn footwear can be returned within 14 days by filling out the online return form.

LEATHER / SUEDE PRODUCTS CARE RULES

1. Note that all leather items (clothing, accessories) may slightly dye.
2. It is advisable to clean, nourish, and dye leather items only after removing dust. To protect leather products, it is advisable to cover them with a cotton or linen bag; hang them on a hanger in a cool, dark place.
3. Leather products have a thin protective layer, so they should not be cleaned frequently. It is recommended to cover new leather clothing with a special impregnation agent.
4. Test leather care products on the inner side (under the collar, in pockets, on inner seams).
5. It is not recommended to wear leather clothing in rainy weather. If unable to avoid rain, dry wet leather clothing with a soft cloth and dry at room temperature, hanging on a hanger away from heat-emitting devices.
6. Dyed leather may lose its color when exposed to direct sunlight.

HANDBAG / WALLET CARE RULES

1.It is recommended to maintain leather handbags and wallets using special leather care products that protect from environmental impact, creating a special protective film that protects the leather or suede from moisture, fading, friction, and drying out.
2. ATTENTION. Care products should be applied only on a completely clean handbag/wallet. Care products should be applied immediately after purchasing the handbag/wallet if it has not yet been used.
3. To maintain the shape of the handbag (made of leather or other materials), it should be kept upright. To prevent dust accumulation, store the handbag in a special protective bag or cotton cover.
4. Do not store sharp and pointed objects in a handbag (made of leather or other materials).
5. Do not overload the handbag (made of leather or other materials) as the handle may tear from excessive weight.
6. Never touch the handbag/wallet (made of leather or other materials) with hands recently treated with cream or lotion. Cosmetic products can leave stains on the leather.
7. Do not leave your handbag/wallet (made of leather or other materials) in direct sunlight.
8. All products are covered by a 2-year warranty in case of a manufacturing defect.
